Course overview

I decided it was time to dedicate my career trajectory to sustainability and make a lasting impact for generations to come. I evaluated multiple universities and decided MIT would provide the best quantitative learning experience with one of the most broad technical alumnus networks around the world. The course started with an understanding of human life, the planet, biodiversity, and the extent to which we have impacted the planet and numerous tools and potential roadmaps we have to drive positive change. I was completely blown away by the overall course and the content. The peer discussion and assignments enabled us to dive deeper and analyze sustainability in our lives and utilizing objective quantifiable or qualitative information to formulate our responses. I greatly appreciated the great feedback from the faculty on the assignments and the fairness for grading. Overall this course was a huge success and for me personally and professionally only just the beginning of my sustainability journey. Thank you MIT for helping me understand and reflect on the privilege I have and how I can make a difference in the lives of those around me.
